At Physio4U, we believe in a comprehensive and holistic approach to rehabilitation. We are renowned as experts in Neurological Rehabilitation, offering highly specialised assessment and physical rehabilitation for individuals navigating neurological injury and complex disability. Our commitment to excellence in neurorehabilitation is underscored by our use of cutting-edge robotics and technology, ensuring our practice is always aligned with the latest evidence-based neuroscience.

Beyond neurological care, our experienced team provides a full spectrum of physiotherapy services designed for the general population. This includes expert treatment for sports injuries, orthopaedic injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation, along with specialised modalities like shockwave therapy and dry needling.

Understanding that effective rehabilitation extends beyond the clinic, we offer flexible service delivery through clinic-based appointments, community-based rehabilitation, and convenient telerehabilitation (telehealth), bringing our care directly to you.

Dipna Gungaram

At Physio4U, our dedicated team is led by our principal physiotherapist, Dipna Gungaram, who is committed to delivering exceptional care tailored to your unique needs. While we collaborate with other qualified professionals including allied health assistants, to ensure comprehensive service delivery, your journey will be guided by Dipna’s extensive expertise.

Dipna graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 2007 and further honed her skills, obtaining her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Witwatersrand in 2013. Her dedication to the profession was evident early on, as she also served as a part-time lecturer and clinical supervisor for 3rd and 4th-year students, contributing to the education of future physiotherapists.

Bringing nearly two decades of diverse experience to Physio4U, Dipna’s background spans a vast array of settings, including acute hospitals, rehabilitation units, private clinics in both South Africa and Australia, aged care facilities, and community health. This rich background has cultivated a deeply competent and confident clinician who understands the complexities of various conditions and recovery pathways. She is passionate about staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field, integrating cutting-edge practices into your treatment plan.

Known for a hands-on approach, Dipna is dedicated to going above and beyond for every client and their families, ensuring personalised attention and support.
