We aim to make physiotherapy services accessible and easy to navigate for patients, families and referrers. Our team can assist with a range of funding and payment options for clinic, mobile and community physiotherapy services.
For confirmation of our current fees, or to discuss payment options for Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), Private Health Insurance, NDIS, WorkCover, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), or private payment, please contact our friendly administration team.

Medicare
GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), formerly EPC
Patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) may be eligible for Medicare-supported physiotherapy services.
A referral from your GP is required.

Private Health Insurance
(On-the-spot claiming available)
Private health insurance rebates are available for eligible physiotherapy services, with on-the-spot claiming available where applicable. The rebate amount depends on the individual’s level of cover.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
NDIS participants may be able to use their funding for physiotherapy services where supports are considered reasonable and necessary and aligned with their individual goals and needs.
Physio4U supports both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
Self-managed participants pay for services directly and claim reimbursement through the NDIS portal.
Plan-managed participants can have invoices sent directly to their nominated plan manager for processing.
Private Appointments
Private physiotherapy appointments are available for clinic, home visit and community-based services without referral requirements.

WorkCover (Workers' Compensation)
We support patients recovering from workplace injuries through approved WorkCover physiotherapy services. If a physiotherapy need arises from a work-related injury or illness, WorkCover can cover the costs. Patients will typically need a GP referral, a WorkCover Medical Certificate, and their insurer’s details (claim number, case manager). Physio4U can often invoice the insurer directly.

Department of
Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
DVA Gold Card holders and White Card holders (for approved conditions) can receive physiotherapy treatment covered by the DVA. A referral from a GP or medical practitioner is usually required.
